Happy Thanksgiving!
This week is Thanksgiving Week and the Holidays are beginning now!
At home my family and I have been busy finishing up projects to make way for entertaining. In two days, we will sit down to a family Thanksgiving dinner in our dining room for the first time in years. The gathering will be small because like many families, ours has experienced change and loss. While those changes bring sad reflections, they also bring gratitude.
I am so grateful for everyone that I have had the blessing to interact with during my life. Some of those interactions have been challenging, bringing hidden blessings that are not apparent until far after the encounter. Others have brought instant joy and amazement. All of those interactions, challenging and joyful, have contributed to my human experience of learning how to love unconditionally and with compassion. Some of you will be dearly missed; others, not so much. All the same, I thank you for BEing.
From my family to yours, I wish you much wonder and love during this holiday season.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Sylvia
